Here are my votes:

Yatkuu - Encounter at the blacksmith workshop - 2 points (this one is a great reproduction of the scene with love to detail)

Cecilie - The Fountain of youth - 2 points (I love the correction of the TLG set with grea dimensions and atmosphere)

Matn - Tia Dalma's Shack - 1 point (I've never seen so many green in the pirates section - very good reproduction of a difficult scene)

VERY hard to decide which entries NOT to give points to  :pir_bawling:

So here goes my vote:

hammelgeier - Attack of the Kraken - 1 Point (Incredible accuracy  & detail for it's scale)
George G - MAELSTROM - 1 Point (Dynamic scene realized with two tiny micro-scale ships and some blue plates!)
Matn  - Tia Dalma's Shack - 1 Point (Captures the movie scene's atmosphere perfectly. Great detail. Tia looks kinda angry, though  :pir_laugh2: )
Captain Genaro - Welcome to Port Royal Mister Smith - 1 Point (Great movie scene captured in an instantly recognizable way)
Yatkuu - Encounter at the blacksmith workshop - 1 Point (Another very dynamic scene with the added bonus of a great floor technique)

I wish I had more points to give, there were many more MOCs that would have deserved them! Sorry!

Some excellent entries!  One stands out in my humble opinion:

Matn Tia Dalma's Shack Mill set - 2 points

The following three other MOCS stood out as well:

Cecilie The Fountain of youth Mill Set
hammelgeier Attack of the Kraken Mill Set
Yatkuu Encounter at the blacksmith workshop Mill set

Each of them gets one of my remainder points.
Good luck!

Matn - Tia Dalma's Shack - 5 points I got to hand it to Matn this is hands down the best moc in this contest. The details with the water and the scenery were amazing. It almost made you wonder if the water was even made of lego.

So many stunning entries, so little points to give!  :pir-classic:

Without further ado these are my votes:

1.hammelgeier: Attack of the Kraken -2 points + 1 bonus point
Your first MOC? This is like something people would spend months on!  :pir-oh:

2.Matn: Tia Dalma's Shack - 2 points
The sheer detail is jaw-dropping!

3.Cecilie: The Fountain of youth - 1 point
The way it is made is lovely, feels like your looking through Jack's eyes!

Good luck to all :pir-sweet:

I now possess a depressing, and largely unexpected, absence of ideas for what it is that I could write in this space that would encourage, inspire or amuse any man, woman or child who takes the time to read this drawn-out and mindless drivel. I remain painfully aware of how this same passage could have been written in a far shorter and simplistic manner, whilst still maintaining its message and key purpose to all who take the time and effort to exercise their mind in understanding these words; however, this would barely give me half as much pleasure as the satisfaction that a large number of members on this website will soon or late find themselves working through this increasingly large collection of rubbish at least once, perhaps even twice if they begin to forget its contents. I hearby grant myself 500 bonus points for every unfortunate victim, now and in the future, that takes part in the aforementioned psychological experiment by bothering to read this huge tosh, excluding the numerous times that I myself have trawled through this... mess. Woah, I got a bit carried away there, that short message has transpired rather differently to how I was predicting it would. Actually, the bigger the better, I might as well increase its size even further by adding a long, torturous final sentence that is only as unnecessary as that whole lot of stupid, pointless waste of time was to both write, re-read, proof-read and then open for viewing by the general public. Have a nice day, folks!

Great entries! I'm sad I didn't have time to enter the contest... I still hope to do a POTC MOC or two later this year.  :pir-classic:

Anyway, points:

hammelgeier - Attack of the Kraken - 4 pts
Wonderful entry! Love the scale, love the action... and both the ship and the kraken are full of great details. A few tweaks would make it even better: I think the water could use a little work (maybe transparent blues?) and the masts would look better if you used actual LEGO masts (they'd give you a mast that was thicker than a 1x1 without being a bulky 2x2). Minor complaints aside, this my favorite entry.

Fat Tony - Where's the rest of the crew? - 1 pt
Stunning photos, and an excellent, clever build. I especially love the first photo, with the forced perspective of the tank-tread rope bridge and cliff face. Great work, as always.

A lot of good entries for this contest!
But I have to divide five points, so here goes:

Hammelgeier, attack of the Kraken - 2 points

This is my favourite, as it is such a complete and lively scene, well done!

Yatkuu,encounter at the blacksmith's shop - 1 point
A very recognizable and detailed scene.

Fat Tony, where is the rest of the crew? - 1 point
Flawless picture of the scene.

Sebeus Iniwum, hello beastie! - 1 point
A very lively and detailed scene, too bad the Kraken isn't fully finished.

Good luck everybody!

1)Fat Tony         Where's the rest of the crew? 1 point. I love the cages, cliff, bridge, and you did a great job with photoshop. Overall, a great MOC!

2)Sebeus Iniwum      Hello Beastie 1 point. The picture with Jack starring down the kraken sold this MOC for me. The Black Pearl with the crew preparing for battle is also really well done!

3)Matn                  Tia Dalma's Shack 2 points. Outstanding detail on everything especially the vegetation and interior of the shack. Tia Dalma looks great and this is why I gave you a second point!

4)hammelgeier   Attack of the Kraken 1 point. What's not to like, you did a fantastic job with the Kraken and the ship breaking up. The brick sails also looks really good!

Overall, great entries everyone! I wish that I had more points to give to some of you!
