I am not bumping it randomly saying "bump" with the same things over and over again though  Should I be posting multiple topics?

Please don't. Just don't.

What is classed as bumping? Well the ones above are blatant examples but several "updates" in a row without any posts from other members is much the same. Ultimately the best way to tell is simple; ask yourself why are you posting. If it's really to add something you should be OK, but if you have any doubts, or if little or no interest has been shown in your post, then you probably shouldn't post the update. There are other ways to sell LEGO after all.

Repeat offenders (especially those who have large percentage of posts in the BSTF forum) will be banned from posting in this forum. We do keep track of warnings.

You are bumping. As siggy states here. I'm just wondering if this is still a rule, or if it's just not being enforced. It's quite frustrating. :hmpf:

Issue 1.

Yes, this is bumping by my standard. I can't (easily) tell if he received PMs or not, but it's looking like it has minimal interest he probably should post less updates as it's bumping down new topics in preference to his.

But he makes a fair point; some members are just creating multiple topics which is worse. I think EB will need to rethink this forum soon as in it's current form it's not working too well.

Issue 2.

You're not a moderator. If there's something going on in the forums that you don't like there's a button.

Use it. This keeps the debates non personal. EB's a big place, and yes we miss things. If you want to help us moderate, use the report button.
