I was literally figuratively struck by inspiration when I built it, my favorite part is the figurehead (although when compared to the rest of the ship, it looks like a very detailed bowsprit)

That's a very nice and original ship :pir-classic:
You could also make the middle mast the talles one and see how it looks.
Anyway, good MOC and with a nice bowsprit :pir-sweet:

A fleet of mini-ships would be really great, but I'm not going to do it because of lack of pieces.

Lack of pieces?  That sort of cracked me up.  I build BSB size ships in lego and am always short. :imperialguard_commander1:
