One thing that chrome Threepio's head could be useful for is to attach one of these on top of it and have Artoo drag it behind him.

The helmet is actually very tight. The peg of boba's head is a smidge too wide for the helmet. So the helmet fits so tight that if you pull the hemlet off, it just pulls boba's head off the neck post. I have to use the pen's metal rod to push the head out.
In regards to the pen. It has a short reservoir. You twist the blue cone at the tip and the pen retracts or comes out.
