With the introduction of Armada sets then non POTC fans will buy it as well! It will be nice to see a new bluecoat design as well.

I'm excited for the movie, but more so excited for the LEGO sets. Trying to be more truthful than negative, however, with a confirmed Black Pearl, there's likely going be tattered sails and gimmicks, which I don't like. I really hope they do a good job on the Pearl, it being my favourite ship in the series. Aye, I remember arguing between that and the Dutchman with my best friend after seeing the third movie.

im not so exited about Black pearl, why? Becaouse its gonna be totally black or brown :pir-sick:

And thats why i would not like to see a ship wich is totally black, if it comes... I surely think three times if i buy it, im sad at they didnt do the Inteceptor :pir_bawling:

As far as I know we're not even 100% sure if there's going to be a POTC Lego theme at all, let alone which ships they are going to make.
I think the Endeavour of the film would make a nice ship for them to make (minifig scale). But I don't think that's going to happen...
But if they make a POTC-line, there will be a few nice ships for sure. There have to be :pir-classic:

Ive also heard that Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley wont be appearing for this movie?

Just imagine they would make it dark brown, with all new parts. :pir-wub:

Interesting how Wikipedia has that information. If you check the source reference, which is an entry on moviesblog.mtv.com doesn't say anything about Barbossa being a privateer. So where did that information actually originate?

Anyway, heres a picture of The Queen Anne's Revenge figurehead. How would that translate into LEGO?

Yes, there was a citation for the information about Barbaossa, it was the sixth reference overall, but it did preceed the sentence "former pirate, who is now a privateer on the Court of King George II."

So where did the information regarding that sentence come from? We may never know.

And return of bluecoats, yes. But hey, barbossa IS weiring a Blue coat eh? So thats makes him a bluecoat right? :pir_laugh2:

Anyways, i think at if TLG is gonna make Queen Annes Revenge, and they do that figurhead. Its just a Black Skeleton whit out legs i say.
At barbossa being english privateer in this 4th movie, i truly belive its true. But i cant actually still belive at he would be wearing a peg leg in this movie.... We will see then :pir-sceptic:

I highly doubt that, the smaller skeletons are easily omitted from the figurehead and it can still remain more or less recognisable.

Skeletons indeed, or a new mold of a large skeleton. I'm just afraid of large pieces. :pir_wacko:

I can't wait to see the Queen, I hope it is probably already one of the best ships ever made.

I wish Lego would bring back the bluecoats. Even if they are "technically" british as in PotC... Having another bluecoat original ship that's bigger and better than the Caribbean Clipper would be fantastic as well as it could bolster my bluecoat armies' numbers.

Interesting to see if the Imperial Armada comes back to Legos. I always liked them but they were in and out before my Lego phase. I always liked how they were a blend of knights/Imperial Guards, with rifles and body armor.
