echobasehoth Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 just found these display stands, they look really nice. but has anyone ever tried them and can they be recommended?? i think they are a litlle pricey. but well worth the price if they hold the ships perfectly. My link Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 They seem to be sturdy enough, but you might want to glue the joints, especially when it isn't pre assembled. Haven't tried them though, but you might try a small stand for a little price and share your opinion about it here with us. Quote
Sirius Black Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 I'm not sure about the price, but those stands looked pretty good. I wonder if the Slave 1 stand works for the new one? Quote
afosl Posted August 5, 2010 Posted August 5, 2010 Yeah, I've used them, and I put the link to the site in the original thread, here: Stands For Star Wars Sets They're very good, and if you have a little cash laying around, they're worth the purchase. Quote
Blondie-Wan Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Oh. At first I thought the topic was about these things. Quote
Brickdoctor Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 Never tried them before, but they look good, albeit a little flimsy. I'd definitely glue the joints before entrusting my LEGO to them. The poses are very well designed, though, and I like the engraving of the set name & number. Quote
