I consider myself a big Star Wars fan...I've grew up playing all of their video games, the super early ones at that. I've played through a ton of new ones as well and have read quite a few story lines in the Star Wars Universe but I cannot figure out where this minifigure is coming from. Battle Damaged Darth Vader.

Can anyone tell me where this guy is supposed to be from in the continuity of the Star Wars universe?

Yep, that's Darth Vader from December 2007/January 2008's Rogue Shadow set. It's a good set that can still be found on Bricklink, if you're interested.

Haha I actually bought it today in a magnet set. I couldn't place it anywhere though. I'm now wondering how exactly he became battle damaged. I'm guessing battle with a Jedi/giant explosion.

Thanks for all your help guys. How's the game? Anyone know?

You are correct. The game depicts it happening during the final scene where you fight him. I honestly loved the game. I would recommend it.to you. Since it's a couple years old you can get it fairly cheap. :classic:

It's from the Rogue Shadow set, but if you really, really want it now, the Magnet set of Battle Damaged Vader, Snowtrooper, and Shadowtrooper (?) is on sale for $10 at S@H.

Sorry. I guess you could look up how he becomes battle damaged? Unless you'd like to play the game first, I hear it's loads of fun.
