Great job.  Good war!  I like all the various elements in the MOC and the fact that you even have some things going on indoors.

Very nice MOC. The War of 1812 is often a forgotten war, which is surprising considering it was the last time the US was invaded and the only time the White House has been directly attacked.

I think people in general try to forget it as our two countries are so close now. Its looked upon as an old fight between two best friends.

Amazing job! :pir-classic:   I really like the scene, and buildings, very well built.   Although we Americans lost the battle, it only made our will to fight on stronger! :cannon:
Good luck with the contest! :pir-sweet:

That looks like a great entry Ratshot!
I have one small suggestion: I would recommend including one overview picture, so when the voting thread is made, the voters can see the whole entry in one shot.

Good choice to use this battle as reference. And thanks for using my head for the president :pir-sweet:
For the rest, good use of existing minifig parts and enough action.
Ofcourse I also didn't miss the rat, it just had to be there! :pir-classic:

Nice Moc man! I live in good 'ole DC so it's great to see a Moc set in it. You did a pretty good job with the whole scene is great. I especially like the picture of the park with all the Redshirts (oops too much star trek :pir-blush: ) Redcoats chargin the house.

Good luck and keep on Mocing.

Great entry Ratshot!

I love all the action and fighting, it brings the MOC to life really well, after all fighting in pirate MOCs is a tried and tested technique :pir-classic:.
