A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away,
SW MOCs were mostly built in 32x32 baseplates
until somebody ambitiously started the
Death Star Modules!

Posted Image

This caused a great disturbance in the force!

The source of the disturbance only delayed the inevitable...

Ok, so it really did not happen as described but way back then it was the first ambitious project that took more than 8 months to complete. The plans for the individual levels were set and the clicking on pics show how the individual modules were built.

Thanks all for your comments and even though it took several months months to build, each module was done independently. Thus it was more manageable to monitor the progress and also share each completed module as they got done. Followed by the integration of each module by level to make sure that they match at the connectors.

Feel free to view all modules when you got the time as they might give you ideas for your own MOCs and you'll see some surprises like this and this.
