Apologies. After reading this, I reuploaded them to BrickSafe shrunk down but am having trouble making any changes in the images to the original post, as the reuploaded files still follow the same name as the original. I'll be sure to shrink the pictures next time I make LDD sets for this thread.

Hi, and welcome in the LDD Official Sets topic.

Maybe the problem was due to your browser cache, try refreshing the page or changing image name.

It is important you fix your images or the entries will be irregular and will not be indexed. So please don't push back to next sets but fix these entries too.

About your images you should:

- resize them to an appropriate size

- as images are too "flat", place the camera to obtain a better 3D effect

- crop the images to obtain a perfect crop (0-pixel border)

Take a look at other regular entries as example.

About instructions of Mixel series 6, could you provide the file? I can't find that anymore in the lego website.

A note about the pictures: images are too spared (you should place the elements in the scene in order to minimize internal blank spaces, obviously avoiding excessive overlap), and you should make a perfect crop (0-pixel border around the subject)

Errors:

- Missing x873c01 - replaced with 11949c01

- Because of 11949c01, I had to rebuild a lot of the suspension. Also because of that, there's not a lot of space for the suspension to move.

- Headlights modified, because some parts would not fit.

- Part 32202 and 32235 not flexible, replaced with either 57539 or two 32580 with 32034 in the middle.

- Motor block lowered, to be able to fit the "hood".

- Minor change on both sides (in front of the rear wheels) to be able to close the doors properly.

- Could be more errors, that I've missed to mention.

Missing stickers:

All decals missing.

Comments:

Minor changes on the grill and changed color on the seats. Sorry for that, it's my first model. :)

At last, we're finally finishing up our coverage of BIONICLE playsets (sans 6937 Give Away, which is really just a pair of minifigs and I don't think those sorts of sets are allowed in this index). These two certainly took longer than usual thanks to the amount of brick-built substitutions for Barraki heads and the giant Kanohi Faxon. As before with the Kiril and the Hau, I know that the giant Kanohi substitution is rather crude; if I feel up to it, I may refine it later on.

Your post is good, but you have to fix the image:

- the image is slightly oversized: maximum size allowed (for large sets like this one) is 512x pixel.

- the image is not cropped: you have to completely remove borders around the subject (take a look at other regular posts as example).

- the image have to include all the parts used.

I'm really, really hoping that the next LEGO Digital Designer update includes 47326 Ball Cup Ø10.2 W. Friction. It's such an innocuous variation of the ball cup piece that is just so heavily prevalent in larger BIONICLE sets and a real pain in the neck to try to work around. Just look at poor Sentrakh's legs!

Looking at this post, you might ask, "Where's 8756 Sidorak? That's the other half of 8755+8756, after all!" Well, much like 8923 Hydraxon and 8991 Tuma, I decided to index 8755 Keetongu because, as far as BIONICLE sets go, it's one that is easily completed in LEGO Digital Designers with only a few substitutions required. 8756, on the other hand, would require numerous custom assemblies to index... most of which aren't needed for this combiner model, hence why it's also being posted. Now, don't get me wrong, 8756 is certainly doable... but, as is the case with most BIONICLE sets, it would require quite some time to work out custom assemblies to substitute missing parts, and this is something I just wanted to do quickly.

And if you're wondering why I've been posting so many BIONICLE sets lately, it's because it's a huge theme that has been largely overlooked and neglected in the five years this index has been running, and that's something I'd like to fix. Besides, I do enjoy myself a good challenge, and building these complex sets within LEGO Digital Designer's limitations certainly offers such a challenge!

Render are not allowed (you have to post a simple screenshot from LDD, but yuo can provide it as an extra, with a text link) and the image is not cropped (you have to completely remove the borders around the subject).

LDD doesn't let the ”abdomen” attach as close to the model as it should; the two Cross Axle 3M with Knobs have been replaced with 5M axles to allow attaching

The bumpers slide back and forth, which would make the car go either forward or backwards, and the system works in the model, but the different battery box didn't allow for the attachment to be made between the bumpers and the switch

-For whatever reason, the instructions tell you to put two 3-long Technic levers facing downwards on the bottom of the car, and they serve no purpose until at the very end when it tells you to take them off again. My only guess is that they're there to balance the vehicle on an even surface when the wheels are not attached; the oddly large 2x2 round plates on the bottom are probably a part of it too. In any case, i've left them on the model

As an added bonus, this set has two models that are given very barebones instructions; showing only the chassis and the system built in only a handful of steps with numerous pieces per step, with the final model pictured afterwards, these being a mechanical beetle and a construction crane. The large but functionally limited part selection doesn't make them easy to replicate... if anyone wants to try their luck with 'em, go ahead.
