The bearing 32069 has been used because technic bricks' holes cannot be connected to bricks'studs.

The truck is indeed 37 Bright Green! It's been mentioned in a couple reviews. It's so nice to see that color being used more often nowadays.

- 4475 Double Wing 8x8 with 4x4 Cutout replaced with 6104 Double Wing 8x8 with 3x4 Cutout.
  - Due to the smaller cutout, the control panel 3069 Flat Tile 1x2 is 8 LDU too high.
  - The shallower cutout also restricts the mini figure's arm range of motion.

- I used minifig head with hollow stud (3626b) instead than old type (3626a)
- Many decorations missing, replaced if possible.
- NOTE: As the Antenna 4H don't fit in the 6140, there is not connection and the Jail-Cell can't close.

I tried to make an assembled version of the ship replacing some pieces. It is included in the zippack.

Known Inaccuracies:  
- Baseplate 32 x 32 with Craters missing: I made a very stylized alternative, I'll have to work on it, in the future.
- Clip 4085a replaced with clip 4085b
- Plate, Modified 2x2 with Wheels Red(122c01) replaced with a custom solution (4600+4624). The solution don't connect with the tire (bug?).
- Slope 33, Inverted 3x2 Hollow with Towball (4089) replaced with an a classic slope and a floating round plate (3747+6141) -
- Many decorations missing, replaced if possible.
- NOTE: impossible to place the two flying veichles on the landing plates. Instelled an anti-G engine to allow them to float a bit above.

I built this set time ago, but the lack of important pieces delayed its posting here.

Regarding the collision error, are you using the classic 1x2 plate with bar 4623, or the newer version 88072? The two versions have significantly different dimensions-- the classic version has 3.2 mm. of space between the plate itself and the vertical shaft, while the newer version has only 2.4 mm.-- not enough for the 1x4 tile to slide between the back wall of the jail cell and the vertical shaft.

The reason the part was redesigned was probably to allow it to be used with parts like 30237 BRICK 1X2 WITH HORIZONTAL HOLDER and have exactly 1 module of space between the walls of the two parts (so they could be lined up perfectly on a 2x3 plate). But this means a lot of functions of the older version cannot be used with the newer version.

Good find! I didn't noticed there was two different but similar bricks (the model was built when LDD has not the search function yet!).
Now I'll try to insert the jail-cell using the old type plate with bar.
