I was looking at the alternative builds for Jabba's Sail barge, and saw that one of the alternatives looked more like Jabba's Palace than the the one released.

Yeah, it does kind of look like Jabba's Palace, and it does look better than the official one.

I got both.  :sweet:  The alternate probably has more playability though.

Yea it does look a lot better than the official Jabba's Palace that was released some time ago. I feel a new palace is needed soon.

I commented about this in Big Cam's amazing review of Jabba's Sail Barge. :classic:   It seems like a very nice alternate model, It is a lot better than the one TLC gave us. :sceptic:

Well it wouldn't be to hard for the alternate build to be better than the official set, since the official set was awefull! I did like the figs and the two small add ons though!

I doubt that LEGO planned for this, but with the many more pieces, it wouldn't be hard to creat something better than the original.  It has 551 more pieces.

I guess this one is better, but as Big Cam said, the Barge has 551 pieces on the real Palace set, and the Palace is older.

Yes I noticed this in Big Cam's review, and thought the same.
I wish Lego would do little add on sets again.
