Today I'd like to share two new additions to my Battlestar Galactic mini line with you. As you all might new, there are two series around these days: the classic series from the 1970s and the reimagined series from the 2000s. Personally I like the classic series much better, but some designs of the reimagined series are also notable.
--------------------
Let's start with the new reimagined series. Whereas the Cylon Base Star in the classic series was pentagonal, the new Cylon Base Star from the reimagined series is more triangular. But shapes are difficult to design, but an unusual choice of parts now also allowed for the construction of the pseudo-triangular shape of the new Base Star. It uses modified 1x2 plates with an angular extension and flexible Light tip
and swivel hinge plates for stabilization.

Now let's continue with the classic series. Originally I thought that I already had built all Cylon vehicles from the classic series. This was probably true, but when I watched one of the movies recently I noticed again that strange yellow/golden Cylon Raider. These are probably graphic errors while copying more ships into the swuadron. But nonetheless it looks different. So here it is the "Golden" Cylon Raider.
