Were are does this technic wheel come from?

..Or at least where does the LARGER wheel and tire come from? Saw this on brickshelf...

I know the smallerone is the one used on 8421 mobile crane, and 8436 truck, but i've never seen the larger of the two. Just curious. :smile:

Ohhh. Ok. I thought the wheels on the black cat rig were the same as the crane, and truck! Never knew there was a larger version.  Thanks gylman!
