Well... I haven't posted here in ages... Been really busy.
So I have a question.
For Christmas I got a Lego scarecrow key chain... Should I cut off the chain and make it a figure? Or keep it as it is? I really want a figure... But don't want to pay £20 for it... So should I cut it?
Thanks for looking :)

If this is what you want then you've answered your own question.

I think you answered your own question.

Will it ever bother you that you KNOW it's not an orginal and there is a bit of metal in his head?

if not do it, it's yours!

Personally, I wouldn't do it... but I'm a LEGO purist.

I say, go ahead and cut it. The minifig is more expensive than the keychain version. Who knows, maybe in the near future you'd be able to buy a new keychain which is much cheaper than the current price of 20 pounds for a minifig. Good luck!

Cut the chain!! And while you're at it, rip the tag off that mattress, jay-walk, and loiter around the shop front!!

Seriously, my only suggestion would be to grab a new "witches" hat for him at some point just so there isn't a tiny bit of metal sticking out of the MF's head...
