Nice vig. This is the first time I've seen an MOC with a fig actually hanging from a nouse.

Nice job, simple but good 
And you did a good job on the hanged man.
I once made a gallow and it was very hard to make him hang 'vertical' because the minifig consantly tried to hang horizontal

A great, simple but effective creation!
The only thing left is to add a barrel or a chair, something like that. How did the minifig get hanged otherwise?

I originally had a horribly designed stool there, but I took it out because it angered me.

That man looks about is innocent as a rat. Really nice MOC. You should put captain redbeard up there because the last ship he decided to command was the RBR.
