Hangar bay No.4 in the large spaceport. Diorama contains little space ship and a lot of workers.

Hello!

I saw this on BrickShelf recently and only waited for it to be posted here. :classic:

Another really outstanding space creation this is. It's simply a pleasure to look at this diorama. So many layers, platforms, corners and doors. That's the perfect scene. And also that spaceship is excellent! I pretty much like the cockpit construction, and the guy cleaning the windscreen is a nice touch. :classic: The color spots ins the basic gray scheme are really eye-catching. Simply fantasctic. All of it! :sweet:

Thanks for building this!

This is incredible - I used to build a lot of spaceports as a kid, to incorporate my brothers' spaceship MOCs. This is like the kind of picture I only ever dreamed of in creating the space ports (with mostly multi-coloured basic bricks).

I really like the look of it - it's like just straight out of a movie set.

I find it hard to pick out the individual details because for me, it is the complete look that particularly impresses me. However, I like the details on the walls, the lift, the crane/gantry. The tiled studless surfaces I also like. Although sometimes it seems people do it just out of "anti-stud", to show off their vast quantity of tiles, or just because everyone else does - in this case it works wonderfully for the effect of the sleek polished surfaces seen in the likes of the Imperial spacecraft in Star Wars.

I'm not exaggerating - even now I would love to actually recreate this in my own home - it that much fits with the kind of scenes I so often had in mind.

Incidentally after having gone through Castle, Pirates, Agents, Town/Winter - I now am thinking of embarking on some space building (even though I had intended to MOC something Indy/Adventuresque) and this marvellous scene really encourages me to do so!

Wow, this is amazing. Incredible work thire5. Very interesting use of those windscreens. The ship itself is great and the hangar is even better. I love all the colors and details you put into it as well.

Very nice! :classic:

This is the kind of facility I always wanted for my Lego Space fleet when I was a child. The guy washing the windows of the docked spacecraft is my favorite detail

WOW, this is simply stunning.

The scale is perfect, and it is very impressive that your ship also looks unique.

Ignore those comments about more more more, I think it's amazing how it is.

Kudos!

This is fantastic! I love it, it has some serious style, and snot techniques, and it's HUGE! The whole scene is marvelous, and the White ship in the hanger is marvelous as well, maybe a bit blocky, but it doesn't matter because everything in this diorama is beautiful.
