I like the clawed hands and feet.  The color scheme is great and very "phantom" like.  The overall thinkness of the legs and arms looks good and even the waist isn't that bad though a little too thin.

The shoulder parts just don't look right to me.  I would drop those and add a jet pack or wings.  Based on personal preference of course.

I think it's an awesome MOC. It really looks ghostly 8-| . I really love those pauldrons, but I think they should connect more fluently to the shoulders.

Very cool! Ive actually seen very few bionicle sets with purple pieces, a special creation just by that! But I do wonder, arent the pauldrons a little bit oversized? In my perspective they are atleast. ;)
