This set sounds very neat. I have been waiting a long time for a Technic Fire truck. I hope it is a large $85-$150 set. Does anyone kow anything about this or any other new 2006 Technic sets?

This is the first i'm hearing of it. I'm guessing it will becoming out middle of the year like the tractor, and tow truck.

I guess this fits here:

8289 now available at S@H Europe (click thumb):

Lucky French get it for �49.99 whereas elsewhere it's around �69.99 to �74.99, not counting non-Euro countries :-P

CA, USA

darn... I forgot to write the price down, It was either 70 or 80$ USD... too much for me to buy today.
