Love the coat on Penguin, Penguin.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Bullock is a cop right? Or was he two faces alter-ego? Either he looks cool!

I'm Agnostic and ambivalent about it.

Where did the cape come from that is on the Scarecrow? It looks really good, especially matching the rest of the fig.

I love all of the prisoners, too. i think you should try having one of the prisoners with flesh arms and a tattoo, though.

Scarecrow's good....hie henchmn, not so much.  :sceptic:  Their capes don't see to work. Scarecrow style has always been tattered, so maybe old, fraying capes would work?

To answer the above question, it's a painted Orc cape.

Hm, that 's really interesting opinion, thanks! ) Because I personally find them to be very unusual ones. I could have made them wearing hoods, capes, havind skeletal bodies, but that's been done for a thousand of times and really is vulgar!
When I was making those I was going to give them more like a cultists look (note the certain pic). I also tried the same orcish capes on them but, nah, that doesn't work! )  :classic:

Really great job on these ones. I really, really love Scarecrow, he is incrediblely well done. I have to say you have guts and a steady hand to paint your minifigures. One question, are those orange prison outfits official?
