Here is my entry for the Invasion Contest:

After hearing about the other LEGO themes' plans to take over the Star Wars universe, the Power Miners have decided that they want a piece of the action.  Power Miner engineers have been working tirelessly on a vehicle that will be able to handle Star Wars environments, using building components from disassembled mining vehicles. The product of their tireless work is the Power Miner's own all-terrain-recon-transport, which has been sent on several scouting missions.  It has proven a worthy advesary to the clones' AT-RT with its powerful laser-drill.  Here is an image of the drill in action:

 Excellent creation, dabulls03. Great parts usage, and I'm loving the laser drill.

Good luck.

ooh la la. I really like this one. Just a tad bulky, but otherwise, a great use of parts. Good luck.

:oh: There should be a background story underneath the first picture.  I can make it longer if you want.  :classic:

I like it. It fits in quite well with the PM theme but is still unmistakeably an AT-RT. Good luck.  :classic:

EDIT: ROFL. How did Kim miss the background story?

Arw nuts
Sorry about that.
This one's good to go.
I've been reading through 50 pages of topics, fixing up the Star Wars Forum Index and I guess my eyes are a little tired now.
I'll call this a night and see you all tomorrow again.
Good night and pleasant dreams about firefighters for all of you

Looks just like a real power miners vehicle! I love the little bits of power minery detail, like the floodlight, chain, and smokestack thing! Great entry!
