Pieces with holes on top and bottom for studs to go in would be useful, and more animals and food too.

A new neck piece for a hoodie, a new 'longer' hood piece, recolors of the existing hood piece, new lightsaber handles. Those are the main new pieces I want.

more GITD (Glow In The Dark) elements.

There was GITD 4L blade a few years ago, why not a blue, red and other colors?

Something else I thought of that I could use is a part similar to http://www.bricklink...Item.asp?P=2555 but with a stud underneath it instead of a stud hole.

Wait, are you asking about having blue and red GITD parts? That would be a little difficult. LEGO has rarely, if ever, had colored glow-in-the-dark parts; the closest I'm familiar with are various GITD blue BIONICLE parts that were really just parts in Transparent Blue blended with Phosphorescent Green (the glow-in-the-dark color introduced in 2006, which is still the current glow-in-the-dark color if I'm not mistaken). And while they were blue normally, like any other glow-in-the-dark color LEGO has produced they glowed green, albeit with a slight bluish tint.

I'm not sure how well blended (co-injected) colors would work with something as small as a lightsaber blade anyway. And are there even glow-in-the-dark red and blue compounds that can be effectively and safely used in toy production? I don't often see any glowing colors other than green on toy store shelves. I'm sure if TLG could find a way to move past these obstacles they'd definitely take interest in including more colors of glow-in-the-dark parts in sets.

Finally it's time for a clear glass for the

Window 1 x 2 x 2 2/3 with Rounded Top.

I think it looks strange when you have built a house and don't have glasses in some window frames.

Just look at the Pet Shop.

All the old BIONICLE parts with ball sockets to be re-moulded with the newer ball sockets, so they don't break. Maybe released as service packs or something.
Super Heroes minifigures remaining:

MARVEL: Doc Ock, Iron Fist, Iron Patriot, (Comic Iron Man, Comic Captain America, Phoenix, Black-Suit Spider-Man)
DC FIGS: Inmate Joker, Two-Face, Harley Quinn, The Riddler, Comic Bane, TDKR Bane, The Penguin, Scarecrow, Poison Ivy, Hoodless Robin, Hooded Robin, Blue-Suit Batman, Black-Winged Batman, TDKR Batman Two, Jor-El, Clark Kent, Bruce Wayne, Lois Lane, Commissioner Gordon, Harleen Quinzel, Two-Face Henchman One, Two-Face Henchman Two, Gotham Guard, (TDKR Batman One, Green Lantern, Shazam, Bizarro)

I dunno if this topic is still relevant or not, but I thought I'd add my two cents..

I would love to get either or both of these in the normal green colour:

I know its just a simple colour change but I'd appreciate it.  :classic:

I don't build Technic anymore but I LIKE the idea for the 3 functions, especially given that it looks like it can be done with just 2 new molds (and you can get 2 functions by doing the first mold of the 2)

jovel and jonwill: There is a nice little topic here that shows how to put 3 functions through a turntable using only existing parts! I hope you can find what you desire there!

@Scorpion
I know it's possible to get 3 functions through a turntable using only existing parts. But for me, that solutions requires to much space. That's the main reason I designed these parts.

jovel, could you tell me what program was used to create those parts? I'm interested in making some parts, and it would be cool to 3D print 'em.
