2. General Armendariz - Attack on Port Eldorado!
3. Oky Wan Kenobi - Tower Raid
I chose Sharkbait because it really represents the best SMALL MOC. The entire story is encapsulated in this single moment using a minimum amount of elements and yet creating a very emotional and dramatic scene with the trademark humour of an AFOL. The, Attack on Port Eldorado! also brilliantly captured the moment of impact of the cannonball in the midst of a raging battle. The Tower Raid was too large to earn my top vote but it does warrant top spot amongst the several "stacked" MOCs. Again it captures a single moment composed of a number of well done scenes. The drawback for these large-scale entries in the SMALL division is that they are not usually able to integrate all the disparate scenes into a cohesive whole and thus become a collection of separate vignettes that might have done better individually.

40. Lord King of Everything - When daddy is not at home
17. pe668 - Colonic Cannonball
First of all, thanks to all those participating. Having 43 entries for the first (small) division of this contest is extraordinary.
It was not an easy task selecting 3 entries from this long list. My number one is LegoJoe because it's a very funny scene/concept and it's well executed in bricks. Number two for me is Lord King of Everything. Stealing someones baby is pure evil and that's what this contest was all about. Needless to say this entry was also very well build. Number 3 goes to pe668 for about the same reasons for selecting LegoJoe's and Lord of King's. Funny concept, well executed.

17. pe668 - Colonic Cannonball
26. Guss - Mickael the Cruel
Chrispockster got my vote because I love how there is a sense of motion as the pirate swings by decapitating the other pirates. I liked pe668's entry becuase it was just hilarious, and seemed very evil. I also like Guss' entry because.. well, it was very cruel.
A lot of great entries for a great contest. Well done everyone!
I can't wait for the Large division voting...

I realised that I have not added mine. Here are my votes.
7) Fat Tony - Pirate's End
: From the start, his small entry has give me a very scary feeling about the cage thing, hanging in the air, where the crows feed onto its live flesh. I love this concept very well, and he earns the first vote from me.
38) svelte_corps - Brickbeard the Felonious Fishmonger
: Extremely innovative entry, and never fail to amaze me, with the shop concept. The kraken and mermaid added a nice touch to it. Well done!
42) Oky Wan Kenobi - Tower Raid
: A tall tower, with lots of actions in its different levels. Very well illustrated with each levels, within such limited space.
