This has to be the best entry in the small division. I love the captain. His face is great, his torso with the little napkin sticking out is great. I also like the design of the chair and table. Brilliant!

Yak.. That's kinda groose.
Like the idea. It's really cruel and nasty.
The piratechair is nice.
Possible Improvements
I think it would look nice if you added a lantern or candle on the table
Is it possible to find a more "hungry" head for the pirate. It would look great. not sure what kinda head that might be though.
Except for that the only thing is, that I think you should put all your pictures in the first post. With the space allowed you cannot make this any better.
