"No!" cried Veronica, "You can't do this! I don't know how to work the camera!"
"Oh, stand aside Veronica," the mayor said.
"Er...okay" said the mayor, "So, how do we kill him and who does it?"
"Well...you're the mayor," Iris offered, "you do it."
"Well, I did bring a gun. I keep it in my office for protection. Once my bodyguards skipped town, I had to do something."
"Um...okay," said the mayor, "Here goes nothing."
"Wait!" Pleaded Neal, dropping his suitcases, "I'm innocent. I can help you all find out who the Baritones are. There's some footage on my camera and I have some other leads in these briefcases. There are other people you need to worry about besides the Bartiones, I'm afraid. I'm sorry I haven't discovered anything solid yet, but if you give me some more time, I'm a Federal..."
"Oops, my bad." Said Petey, the mayor. "My finger slipped. I'm sorry. He said 'federal', it sounded like 'fire' to me..."
Upon investigating the house and Neal's person, it was revealed that Neal was, indeed, a citizen. And not just any citizen...he was an FBI Agent with the power to investigate allegiances at night...
After the house search, Carter-the retired newspaper editor, crediting himself as quite the investigative reporter in his day, offered to search the briefcases and decipher the leads that Neal had found...but someone had taken the briefcases already. They were nowhere to be found...and neither was Neal's camera...
In order to keep tabs on everyone, it was agreed that all the remaining citizens would meet in the morning at Ivan's restaurant.
As Darlene and Ivan returned to the restaurant, broken and depressed over the day's events, they thought they caught a glimpse of Florence's spirit.
"Did you see that?" Asked Darlene.
"Yes." Said Ivan "Not even the dyings can stop my lovely wife from making the protection of people she is loving..."
Day 2 is over. PM me your night actions ASAP. Day 3 will start on Friday to allow everyone to get their night actions to me...
