Hi all,

Here is a courthouse I have made for my minifigs. I have decided to give criminalfigs fair trials before sentencing to improve the image of my town.

I love the use of fences for windows here Calvin, really imaginative thinking there!

I also like the gargoyles and the court room , if a little small at that ;-)

However wouldnt the town folk get a little confused with all of this whiteness? X-D

You're right, that's true. Here is a pic of town at present. I will probably move the courthouse and put in a yellow office block to spread the white buildings around!

Nice courthouse. I like the way you used your white brick. The fences are used in an unique way too. I like it. But how come a courthouse will have a holding area or jail in it? I thought it should be separate building. :look: It seemed like a holding area for criminals to get detain.

Very nice.

It has a real no nonsense institutional feel to a lot of it as a courthouse should. But with the awesome gargoyles just enough differentiation not to be boring. I like it a lot.

I might have the gargoyles sit on non-white pieces to really make them 'pop' and break up the all whiteness a little bit without sacrificing the overall effect.

As usual Calvin, this is excellent. I love the use of the white fences and the chains - it makes the building quite imposing. The gargoyle is also a nice touch!

A clear and stringent design with a cool gargoyle, a good use of these fence pieces and a well fitting interior.

Judges here wear silly cloaks so thats why. "Potter" has had to change his name to Mr Justice Dessertus.

Its not supposed to be a holding area but an office for lawyers and their clients. Criminals or suspects are usually escorted though.

The gargoyles are kinda gargoyles - supposed to be the eagle crest/insignia of the State Justice.

There is room for improvement of course. The thing I like least about it is that it is not very wide and so the court room's a bit narrow. However I have no more space to fit it into my town so it will have to do!
