That isn't the one I was looking for. The excavator I was looking for is the 996 Litronic but I got that one instead. This machine is able to dig into the water and retrieve huge amounts of dirt and mud to lower the sea level.

I was attempting to build an actual mechanical excavator but I don't have the adequate pieces out some 500 pieces I have. I did however just build the excavator I was referring to I except I have to manually handle the cranes and everything :/
