Are Stormies really allowed to grow facial fuzz like that, though. It seems a pretty slack regime.

If my information is correct, the stormtroopers weren't clones anymore. So I guess you find some individuality under those helmets. Didn't some officer in Empire Strikes Back sport a mustache...?

Big fan of licensed themes and collectable minifigures.
Still trying to get a short brickfilm out there at some point...

Oh yes, the clones had short life expectancy so humans were recruited. Regards facial fuzz, you're referring to an Officer, though, who are (in most military regimes) allowed to grow facial hair as a perk of rank.
