I made the figure myself. It is constructed of the peeves body from Harry Potter, a plain gray head and a castle type helmet. It is meant to look like Nelson - http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?i=779855 but that was as close as I could do it with the pieces I had.

He could also have used a dark vador head and turn it so we won't have seen the face  ;)

no, I couldn't find any on Bricklink. Only brown or black, I guess black could of worked ok but I wanted the stone look.

i wasn't sure if there were grey hats at the last wave of pirates... but its possible that they never made some...

Jipay, that is kinda what I originally did, except I used peeves. Then whilst making an order for parts I thought I might as well get a plain one.
