dear new member,
1) if she likes lego as well, than she should be a member too. don't you know there's a serious shortage of female members here?
2) i hope she's not going to marry you for your lego sets
3) i hope you've told every one to buy lego for weddeng gifts instead of furniture, vases,...
4) i hope the lego sets will be far away when you're having your first big fight
5) i hope you realise that Zwijndrecht is near Antwerp, not Rotterdam :P  :P

Phase me out?  I'm far too obnoxious to be phased out like that.  You'll have to try something far more sinister and devious to accomplish that.

Now on to my new greeting...

YO HO HO HO and enjoy your say here!

Actually, that sounds a bit too much like Santa Claus...  Back to the drawing board.

As you can see Sandoka, Eurobricks has a strange way of going Off-Topic. But anyways, welcome on board.
YO HO HO HO and enjoy your stay here! :D .

Thank you all, I feel very welcome and sorry about the Yoda icon, i've tried to fit in a photo of my dog, but since my skill with computers is very bad...... it became yoda.

I've been watching the forums for some time now and I must say this is one of the friendliest I've ever seen!!! :|

I'm not familiar with forums so if I screw up, please don't take me down. 8-|

BTW there are two Zwijndrechts: one is in Belgium and one in the Netherlands.

I never knew that Yoda is such a cool character, for me he's just an old-little-green-baby-like-talking-swamp- creature. That my vision of Yoda ;) . I'm not from the Netherlands, but I understand Dutch ;) .

PS: Phes, next time write your welcome sentence in the normal way, so everyone can read: hi there dude
PSS: I was justing teasing, I have nothing against Yodas...actually I do but I don't want to get xwingyoda wrath on my head 8-|

Me thinks that Yoda got much 'cooler' in the eyes of fans after his little lightsaber duel at the end of Episode II ;) That little green guy went nuts...

I wrote it the normal way twice in this thread but some dubious characters, who I won't name decided they'd steal it off me.  So to prevent plagiarism I've decided to encode all future greetings.

Because Yoda reminds me of a teacher I once had ( must be the ears)

Yoda reminds me of my great grandmother.  Must be the wrinkles. This association goes way back to the early 80's when I but a young lad and had seen Star Wars for the first time and has stuck ever since.
