Well, it looks like a promotional set. No sign of it on Peeron or Brickset yet.
Maybe you could look at Lugnet or CC and see if there is any more info from Jojo.

Nestle are currently doing a KK2 promotional thing with their cereal, so maybe this is releated to that?

Last time I went grocery shopping I was looking at cereals and batteries (...) to see if there were not any nice promo sets. The only one available is those horrendous knights with Nestle cereals, unfortunatly no classic minifigs.
I don't think its a McDonalds' promo either.
I wish we had Kabaya products here in France, those people know how to market a product ;)
