[O - F09] Hostile environment exploration

In a remote place of Arium Minor, Maria Bard and Gilles Stray are analyzing a vein of awesomnium. Its surface is liquid and emits a nauseous and poisonous gas. But some species seems to have evolved to support the awesomnium gas. But that's not the case of Maria and Gilles, so they came in a Scarab, an all-terrain armored science and exploration vehicle, driven by Kay Turrock.

Guys, I think you should hurry with your studies... I'm a bit worried of the fauna here!

Don't tell me your afraid of that Royal pseudo-snail? You should know it's not a dangerous species, unless you try to eat it, as its flesh is poisonous.

No, I was talking about that Spider Cat that's lurking in the rocks over there!

Kay is right Maria, we should hurry. I've collected all the data needed, but we should brought back a live specimen. Grab that frog over there.

Eww... I don't like frogs!

Ok, I'll get it...

All the samples are safe.

And I've started transmitting all the collected datas to HQ.

We're ready to go then. I'll turn the Scarab around and prepare it for leaving.

Scarab one to Dragonfly. Do you copy?

Dragonfly to Scarab one. Do you need a ride Kay?

Yep, we're ready and prepared to get back.

Your two alien animals are really good, especially that snail. But the dragonfly lift function really sells this MOC! The scarab is really cool too - looking forward to getting more pictures of both vehicles!

This is one of those builds where I really just don't know where to start. Maybe someday I'll be able to build vehicles like that. Until then, I'm more or less speechless.

Seriously cool stuff in this build. I love the interior of the Scarab. The grab action on the dragonfly is wonderful too. I really hope you put the instruction for this one up someday. Your builds always have some really great angles and greebles that make them very fun to look at.

This turned out really well! I love the Scarab - awesome angles on the body, and those big tires look great. I also like the three-person cockpit, and as for the Dragonfly ... :thumbup:

Love the snail! The Dragonfly is amazing. Not only does it actually latch onto the Scarab, but it looks like a Dragonfly! Just fantastic build. I feel like I could stare at the Dragonfly for hours and find new things to like constantly.

Octan's first perfect 10! Great job Bob. The wings and cockpit on the dragonfly are sick. Great subtle details throughout, as always. The landscaping is also really well done with a cool spill over effect and great rock-work. To me, the cartoonish creatures stand out a bit next to your more realistic vehicles, but the snail has some cool part usage.
