Bonaparte Posted April 18, 2015 On the 25th of April I'm organizing for the 2nd time a LEGO event called 'Blokjesfestival' together with Captain Green Hair and a local organisation (KWB Nijlen). It's a family event with active participation from everyone. Location: Parochiezaal OLV, Nijlen, Belgium. Date: 25th of April 2015, 10h-18h. Entrance: 2 euro Some info about this event: The focus is on building contests for kids. Each hour a new building contest starts around a theme that's being announced by our jury (a group of school teachers and Captain Green Hair). The kids, possibly with some help from their family, can work on their MOC for ~40 minutes until the jury passes. There will be prizes :) For the very small kids there's a DUPLO corner. And there'll be 2 big displays: 1/ A big castle/medieval/farm display by Bart Michielsen (BeLUG) 2/ A big city display by Captain Green Hair (Rick Bewier), myself and a local supporter. There will also be a LEGO cinema. And of course there will be food and drinks.
