What minifigs that LEGO cannot make

Anyways there's some minifigures that LEGO cannot make due to non-violence policy.

Here's my opinion:

- Modern Military or Post-WWII soldiers

- Modern Gang members (such as Bloods street gang, Chinese Triads, Yakuza, or anything)

- School Bullies (Most minifig that LEGO cannot make to prevent children from bullying in school)

- Religious Icons (It against in their beliefs)

- Characters from any licensed anime series

- Any Grossy and Ugly stuff

I think united nations soldiers (blue helmets) would be possible though...

What about Headsman and Executioner? That would LEGO cannot make this as a minifigure because it will be violent to younger children, but its a historical.

I quest the need for a thread like this. I mean, it's so obvious. Most Lego people seem to know the rules Lego goes by. I could always say Lego would never allow anatomically correct minifigures/pron minifigures, Megablocks minifigures, minifiguress depicting 9/11 criminals and victims, etc.

This topic is meant to what, list minifigures TLG will never make? I don't think that's needed or productive. Sorry.
