Velouria Posted March 18, 2015 It's the usual story...Loved lego as a girl, grew up in the 70's and 80's, loved the Space theme in particular...And then, I went to univ and my bricks moved to my mom's attic. Much later my sister had kids, and they play with our Lego now, and happily play along whenever I'm there. I'm that crazy aunt who plays with Lego! I tried to put off buying my own because I knew I would be lost forever as soon as the first brick entered my house. I fought hard and resisted the whole LOTR series...And then I saw the new Elves series and knew I was lost. Don't know why, I guess I have a weak spot for pointy ears and just look at these sets, they are great! So, the Lego is now piling up on my desk and I'm in need of a place to share. Hope this is it! Hela, it says here I'm a lady! Never have I been accused of that! OMG!

Robin Creations Posted March 18, 2015 Welcome to Eurobricks . The elves sets are great and if you can still find them, I would highly suggest getting some LOTR sets.

Captain Braunsfeld Posted March 19, 2015 Welcome to Eurobricks! Pity, you resisted the LoTR wave (it is pretty much over now) - enjoy the Elves!
LittleJohn Posted March 19, 2015 Welcome to Eurobricks! Are you a MOC builder?
Velouria Posted March 20, 2015 Are there folks out there who own Lego and never build a single MOC? So I guess so, but nothing spectacular. Though I liked this one, just because of the simplicity of it. It is a mash up between Friends 41000 "Kate's Water Scooter" and the flying device from Elves 41071 "Aira's Creative Workshop".
