Tech-nick Posted August 19, 2016 (edited) This is a modular residence witch is based on set 10218 (Pet Shop) house. I redesigned it so that you can build it using sets 31050, 31035, 31038 and 31026 + a base plate. This one has a bigger bathroom and a better access to it. Check it out! If you have the Pet shop set, you can build it on 32x32 base plate, build this house on 16x32 base plate, swap the technic bricks from the center of pet shop to this house and then combine them!
