Hello All,

Today I am presenting my WIP Pneumatic Car Transporter. I hope to build a truck like this one:

I hope to include:

HOG steering

a working V6 engine

opening doors

many pneumatically raised and lowered (platforms?)

Here is what I have in LDD so far, and IRL the body is almost complete.

Please tell me what you think of it so far. Thank you!

Sorry for the lack of updates, but here is what I have so far. I still have more of the body to finish. Hopefully I can make a rendering and finish the truck itself soon. 800x480.jpg

Sorry for the lack of updates. I still have a lot more to do, and I am experimenting with the pneumatics. If you see something missing, don't worry, because this isn't close to being done. Some pics:

Thanks guys, you've really motivated me.

How long it is right now? It looks awesome already!

It is about 120 studs long. If you want so see how long it is, line up 8 15L beams.

The truck is almost done; all I need to do is replace the red bushings with white ones, add a rear bumper, add more pneumatics, and replace some of the panels with ones without stickers. Then I'll start working on the trailer. And I'm finally going to have time to work on it. :classic:

I've been working on this little by little, and now I have a lot. :classic:

How do you like the trailer and the modified front end?

Not a bad concept here, and the cab looks well designed and built. From what we can see, but it might be better to have built guides to assist the mid and rear section lowering on the non hinged ends, and also use smaller wheels for the trailer which then sit beneath the loading area.  This would give you more space for better angles on some of those cylinders.
