sigmeister Posted May 25, 2009 My creation is a Highway Patrol cruiser. This cruiser is capable of handling the rigors of high speed chases and is properly equipped to aid any motorist that may need assistance. This vehicle is my own creation and is not a replica of any real vehicle. It should be noted that the placement of the lights were inspired by actual California Highway Patrol vehicles. I tried my best to create this MOC with the limited Lego pieces that I have. (I really wanted to build the car with the actual CHP black and white scheme, but I do not have the necessary black pieces to do so. I hope to buy the new horse trailer set so that I can use the black mud guards for future MOCs.) I hope you enjoy it. This is a slicktop cruiser. Notice the pushbar which is used to move objects out of the way. Inspiration for my light placement. Another view of the slicktop. Rear view of the slicktop. Notice the yellow traffic advisor near the roof. HP cruiser with Vector-like lightbar. A view of the traffic advisor. Inspiration for my lightbar. Motorcycle officer pulls over Indie for speeding. A fellow officer who happened to be nearby pulls in behind to offer assistance and security. "What's the problem Officer?" Note that the cruiser is not aligned with Indie's car, instead it is slightly sticking out to the side so that the cruiser itself provides some protection for the motorcycle officer from other speeding cars. (This procedure is used by police officers when conducting traffic stops.) Another view of the cruiser and motorcycle.
