I just checked for that exact part and color - it does say it's out of stock, but try talking to a Lego customer service rep, they may be able to work some magic for you. I couldn't find the replacement stickers for the UCS Slave 1 set (as I put one on a bit wonky!). I contacted one of the customer service reps to ask if I could buy a replacement sheet and she replied with they don't sell them as it's a licensed part but as they want the Lego set to look as good as it possibly can they'd send out a replacement sheet free of charge.
