Duq Posted March 30, 2016 I'm trying to do a decorative piece of pneumatic hose. As it's not attached to any pneumatic parts I don't need the beveled bit at the end. Is there an easy way to do this with LSynth or should I just use LSynth for the curvy bits and the manually remove the beveled bit?
Darats Posted March 31, 2016 You should be able to change the beveled part by the standard one in Lsynth configuration file.
Philo Posted March 31, 2016 You have two style of hose defined in Lsynth, TECHNIC_PNEUMATIC_HOSE_BEVELED and TECHNIC_PNEUMATIC_HOSE. The latter is the one you want.
Duq Posted March 31, 2016 For some reason though, the TECHNIC_PNEUMATIC_HOSE is not in the dropdown menu on the Add LSynth Command popup. And I've just installed the latest version. Is there any config I should change to get this option back in the list? Or should I just manually insert the command?
Philo Posted April 1, 2016 Visibility in MLCad depends on MLCad.ini file, you can edit it to add an entry. Or you can use this unofficial version http://jc-tchang.philohome.com/manuel/Images_ml_inif/MLCad.ini_Unofficial_2015-11-16.zip that has more LSynth possibilities, available here: http://jc-tchang.philohome.com/manuel/Images_ml_inif/MLCad.ini_Unofficial_2015-11-16.zip This page (in French, but Google translate is your friend...) has a lot of useful stuff for LSynth usage: http://jc-tchang.philohome.com/manuel/Lsynth3.htm
