How about launch Eurobricksjunior website?

Recommended Posts

We all started with lego when we where very young. These days kids no there wat arround the internet. So maybe it will be an idea to start www.eurobricksjunior.com That way the young ones can share there info, and can get some information from the adult in a questionforum or something like that. It evenso prevent kids from give another date of birth to get a membership here. Maybe something to talk and think about..

I can see the appeal, but I also know that forums with kids are hard to run. I signed up to BZpower when I was 12, and I'm glad the servers crashed, I don't want to know what stupidity I wrote as a 12 year old back then!

Furthermore Spam would be worse on a kid aimed site. If it's bad now with Korean's selling junk on Eurobricks, would we really want kids to see that same stuff? We know to ignore it and report it, would kids be able to do that?

Yes I do agree that KFOL's could use a place to rub shoulders with more experienced builders. The only places they can do that now is the very juvenile and insane Lego.com forum, and MOCpages which borders on excellent to terrible depending on the day.

How many kids will use the form and what ages? Like I'm only 16 so I dont quite understand how it will do but I think its a great idea, it just needs alot of work

They do, and I sometimes post there... but it's completely nuts, and 90% of the content is useless megablocks like fanfics and "Who would win?"-type things.
