Here are the 38 characters that make up my pirate theme so far. I put a lot of thought into this - I used each head only once, and I've tried to spread out the torso and accessories so that each figure is unique in some way.

Here's a picture I took On 5/26/0'11. I miss the natural light. It makes photos look so much better and focusing is easier.    :jollyroger:
