Majek Posted March 22, 2008 (edited) Hello :) *sweet* I have decided today to share with you my new MOC. I made this a couple of days ago. Click here to view Brickshelf Folder I know that my MOC is a little simple , but I hope you like it. :'-) As usual please I'm asking about comments, criticism and indulgence. ~Majek Edited April 7, 2008 by Majek
goggleson Posted March 22, 2008 Good work, but this isn't a MOC it's a vignette or a bignette. Do take notes! :-D good work though!
Mister Phes Posted March 22, 2008 Greetings Marek! I like simple yet effective MOCs. Personally I believe MOCs don't need to be huge or crammed full of detail to be considered good. Perhaps an extreme close-up shot of the pirate sitting on the rock might be interesting. He seems far away from the camera, even in the larger version of the picture. soman Posted March 22, 2008 its ok but there isn't much building in itand its very simple to do
Scouty Posted March 22, 2008 Simple, but very good *sweet* . A pirate stuck on a rock, holding a palm leaf to protect himself from the sun, and his sunken ship not far from him :-D . I like that you decided to put different levels of plates to add a wave like feeling!
El Bucanero Posted March 22, 2008 How brilliantly excecuted :-D The sinking flag is hilarious! In some way it even looks like the pirate is enjoying the sight of it. Good work, but this isn't a MOC it's a vignette or a bignette. Do take notes! :-D good work though! In a matter of speaking, a bignette, vignette or diorama is still a MOC. You're not gonna tell me a vignette I have built is not My own creation! :-P
oDDerFisken Posted March 23, 2008 I like the way you use your free time X-D It's a nice little scene you've made. but poor pirate.. all alone on a small cliff. What when the tide is coming? Hope the barrel can help him.
Capn Frank Posted March 23, 2008 Nice work Majek. This MOC is simple yet well made *y* This Vig has been added to the Vig section of the Index of Land-Based MOCs. He better remove that pirate flag from the top mast if he wants to be rescued and not arrested right away. :-P P
