paul_delahaye Posted December 8, 2008 I too was gutted when I saw it was sold out on lego.com (I think they did not predict quite how popular they would be) however if your making your decision based on the shipping charges it won't be any worse on ebay than on lego.com I think the problem with ebay is the over exaggerated prices they are selling for currently. I am hoping in january they should come down to a reasonable price on ebay One thing I did notice is they were not generically available in UK toy shops this year, I know in the past I have bought them from Woolworths, I guess we all know why they were not available there this year! Legoland had loads of the town calendar at a couple of weekends ago, and they were selling them with 20% discount and a further 10% with an annual pass, I contemplated buying some cheap to sell on ebay but could not be bothered.
