LegoStarWarsLDDShop Posted July 6, 2016 (edited) This listing is for a custom LEGO Digital Designer (LDD) model I have designed: "Darth Vader's TIE Advanced x1" Being an iconic Imperial ship from "A New Hope" and the Season 2 trailer of "Star Wars Rebels," this ship has a place in the hearts of all die-hard Vader fans. LEGO has released many renditions of this model. Specific set numbers include 4484, 7150/7152, 7262, 8017, 10131, and 10175. While all of those renditions are great, however, my design surpasses all of them in its detailing and beauty. Although the color scheme is based on the colors depicted in LEGO's #8017 rendition, the model is based closest to #75082. The cockpit interior has been heavily modified. It's blacker then LEGO's versions, and the controls are also modified as well. The rear design of the cockpit makes this model it's own. Size-wise, it's in perfect proportion to the cockpit, and it's very securely fastened to the cockpit with a combination of pins and plates. The wings are also securely fastened to the cockpit, with the same combination as the rear, along with axle pipes. Definitely the best moc by far. This ship makes the perfect addition to your Imperial fleet collection. Here are some more pictures of the ship taken from different views. LegoStarWarsLDDShop Posted July 8, 2016 You have to buy it (hence the ...LDDshop name) - the links are in the MOC pages. I was actually going to change my username. Thanks for pointing that out. That was the username I used Originally At the time, I thought I could advertise on EuroBricks, but since I spoke with moderators about policy and such, I changed how i did things and now have the links on a separate site while UNLISTED on Eurobricks. Just a policy thing.

khatmorg Posted July 8, 2016 (edited) why are you bragging and peddling this overpriced rubbish? And also probably stolen designs. He's selling designs made by other people, he has numerous listings based on my delta7. He didn't even bother dressing up the base model in one of his listings, save for a couple parts. Not to mention all the designs based on official TLG models. This guy is scum. Edited July 8, 2016 by khatmorg

LegoStarWarsLDDShop Posted July 9, 2016 And also probably stolen designs. He's selling designs made by other people, he has numerous listings based on my delta7. He didn't even bother dressing up the base model in one of his listings, save for a couple parts. Not to mention all the designs based on official TLG models. This guy is scum. Honestly, no, I don't steal people's Mocs, and I certainly don't sell other designers Mocs. I research different Mocs for all my models, find ones that look great, and tweak them drastically. I look for several features (I.e. Detail, resemblance, structure, etc), and wherever I can, I modify those models in order to not make them duplicates and make the designs even better. And I try to give credit where credit is due. Based on your comment, I will be rechecking and, if necessary, updating my descriptions in order to make sure I've given credit where credit is due. If it's to an individual designer, I give credit to them. If it's to TLG, I offer credit. I make an effort to have original designs, and I try to make an effort not to have identical designs. The specific idea you mentioned, the Delta-7s, are ones I am still trying to modify. The design it's based on is brilliant, as I've stated in my descriptions. I just worked on it, and I spent hours modifying it in order to make the features all match specific variants of the starfighter. To reiterate, I don't sell others peoples designs. That would be very unethical, and I would never do that to another LEGO Star Wars fan, especially one I look to inspiration to for my designs.
jamie75 Posted July 9, 2016 Both, your Munificent-Class Star Frigate and Recusant-Class Light Destroyer, look alot like the ones on Brickcommander's website, www.brickcommander.com AND on his brickshelf account! He offers his instructions for free. You copied them, made a few changes and call it a MOC and charge people for them. Getting something for free and trying to make a buck on it?! While I am not going to get into name calling. I would like to point these 2 models out, because they both need revisions to their descriptions. Neither of them give credit him. Thanks, Jamie

Thanks, Jamie Thanks for pointing out those two, Jamie. I'll work on editing them tomorrow. I've had those on for some time and never fixed the descriptions. Again, thanks for noting those two specifically. :-)

Giving credit to someone while trying to profit off of them is still unethical. Had you bought the rights and design it would have been fine but you did not. Your tweaks and edits don't make them your creations. So yes you ARE stealing.
