Miro78 Posted August 25, 2016 (edited) The other day I built a coffee stand I named "Cup o' Java". I didn't think it would get so much attention, and to my surprise it was picked up by The Brothers Brick and on Reddit today. It's a fairly straight forward build, and if anyone is interested in building one, you can download the LDD download link below: LDD file: https://drive.google...aXJvZzQxLWFsRHM Rebrickable page: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-7416/Miro/coffee-mug-stand/ The LDD is of the mug shaped stand only with coffee machine and steam on top. Feel free to swap out colors as you see fit. I used what I had on hand. Miro Cup o' Java by Miro Dudas, on Flickr Edited March 24, 2017 by Miro78
Dannylonglegs Posted August 25, 2016 Gorgeous MoC! I love how you create the steam! The shaping on the coffee mug kiosk is top notch, and the paving is great! I'm curious, how'd you do the paving? ~Insectoid Aristocrat
sunhuntin Posted August 25, 2016 (edited) NIce! Would look great next to the Friends hot dog stand, and I love the baby carriage, too. Actually looks nicer than the one from the Fun in the Park. Edited August 25, 2016 by sunhuntin
Mestari Posted August 25, 2016 Great! Looks smooth, the shape is well done, the pavement looks like it belongs there too.
Palixa And The Bricks Posted August 25, 2016 It's a cute idea. I like how you build the cup with the steam on top. And this would have been a perfect entry for Kristel's contest last year
Wookiee Posted August 25, 2016 Nice build . It shows you don't need a million pieces and a heap of snot work to be innovative , you just need a good idea.

FiliusRucilo Posted August 25, 2016 This is a really great MOC! Simple Setup, clear lines, excellent colors. With a little bigger Baseplate (32x32) it will perfectly fit in every modular town.

ArchitectureFan Posted August 25, 2016 Excellent creation - must have been fun to build it!
TheLegoDr Posted August 25, 2016 The shape is quite clever and the steam out of the top is brilliant. Although the tilework is really easy. You just use 2x2 and 1x1 round tiles and intermix them. It does give an interesting effect not usually seen in city scapes. Keep up the good work.
Andy D Posted August 25, 2016 This is quite excellent! I may have to build one. Thanks, Andy D
