It has been on display in a glass case and is in mint condition and comes with his cape and lightsabre but no packaging. £25 posted to the U.K ( Mine is currently the cheapest listed on Bricklink although as the price here includes postage, it does work out cheaper to Eurobricks members. ) I am happy to ship worldwide.
