kc2dc Posted January 27, 2015 So we finally finished the baseball stadium! I think it turned out nice and will be placing it in the city soon. It is called Lego Field which is home to the Lego City Stackers. The visiting team is the Brickville Clutchers. Luckily we have a few lego stores in the DC area and they have had the players jerseys and hats in the bins. The stadium has ticket booths, concessions etc. The footprint of the stadium is much larger than it looks in the photos, so I think it will be a great addition to our lego city. Thoughts? Yes, a bunt is a home run in lego city . The stadium is huge. It on a large 48x48 wrapped with four more half plates. No way to make it any bigger, although, I do agree, the outfield is a bit small. I'm maxed out, using a full bedroom. Nothing major in the works, just some tweaking to get the stadium to fit and make sense. snowdogs Posted January 27, 2015 This is pretty amazing! The detail is incredible. You thought of everything: the hot dog vendor, the fans with gloves, the announcer's booth. Love the guy with snacks coming down the aisle. I'm just putting my city together but would love to include something like this one day. This is really cool! kc2dc Posted February 17, 2015 I finally go the stadium into the city. Here are some pics. I think it turned out okay considering this was the ONLY place the stadium could go.
