Here is my late submission into the Everyday Life contest here on EB!

I present to you, Admiral Ackbar's Family restaurant and jazz cafe! Located on the planet of tatoonie, this is the hot spot under the twin suns.

A place where all beings from all around the galaxy come to forget their stressful lives, and just enjoy some good food and good company.

2nd floor, jazz cafe and restrooms, 1st floor, general seating, and front waiting room. Removable for playability (and for easier camera shots)

sit, relax, and enjoy some of those great tunes while sipping on an espresso.

the perfect place for families, with very high class ambiance featuring some of the galaxies greatest pieces of artwork, on the left are the twin suns setting over the dune sea, painted by Darth Picaso, and on the right, a 3-d pop out painting of the fearsome space slug sculpted by vincent lan-do.

also the perfect place to take that special someone!

as the old saying goes!

to let everyone know that this establishment does not discriminate against imperials, clones, or others, any faction is a welcome faction!

This made me smile, which is rare for an MOC. One of my favourites for sure. You might want to make your pictures a bit bigger, considering the max limit is 800x600

it's 8 now! egads! All the links work now though, I have 34 pictures in my brickshelf folder, but i'll put up three more for those that are lazy.

Great entry sok! I see you came very well-prepared for the competition eh. I really like the modular build of this resto, lots of scenes to enjoy looking at, overall just another busy day for Ackbar's Restaurant! I wish you in all the luck in the competition pal.

Thanks for all the comments everyone! And that ackbar statue was a really good idea If I do say so myself. I was just fooling around with those two pieces that make the eye, then said "hey, this looks a lot like the mon calamari eye" then one thing led to another and whamo!

Well, I knew that I wanted a lot of SW characters together, from all era's and all sides of the galaxy. So I needed some place busy. I thought of a night club, but their were to many bar entries so I decided to go with a restaurant. I also knew that I wanted a sort of modular building, with levels and a nice facade. And I knew that I wanted the valet and speeder which IMO turned out rather nicely. And last but not least, the Ackbar sign.

A very original concept and realisation. The big MonCal looks very inviting, and the wall with the different stormtrooper helmets is a great decoration.
