Hi all!

After the 1st & 2nd wave of collectable minifigs, TLG has filled gaps (and then some ) in the variety of minifigs. But I like to here what you still think is missing!

Type of headgear: Hair (a ponytail-esque piece, but without any hair on top of the head [the piece would fit into the head stud])
Type of facial expression: Smiling/Friendly
Color on torso/legs: Green (I suppose any shade would look good except Lime Green)
Accessory: Black Scanner tool with Atlantis-Trans-Green 2x2 radar dish placed over the scanner's antenna (as in this set)

Soccer player is a great idea. I can see you support Liverpool. If they were going to do a soccer player they should print the club badge onto the torso. However, even though it might be a little late I was thinking of a collection of star players that are going to be in the world cup. (Messi, Drogba, Torres.)

With the World Cup this year, wouldn't it be amazing if LEGO produced a limited edition set with figs wearing the shirts of all the participating teams - superb ! Printed shorts on fleshie legs, with a random selection of hair colours and types.

That's the real big one for me, but I have a suggestion. Maybe TLC could do famous figures like Sherlock Holmes, John Lennon, Julius Ceasar, Winston Churchill and more. If Lego did that they would honestly be the best. Who else agrees?

Personally, I would like to see some sort of a spy figure. Male, suave hair, a small (modern-aged) pistol, and either a black stealth suit (like this) or a black dinner jacket w/ white vest and black bow tie.

So basically, how the Forestman from Series 1 was to Robin Hood as this would be to James Bond.

I think a minifig like that would satisfy many needs for the AFOLs, a new hairpiece that Pirate fans have been asking for a long time, torso that would fit for historical uses, an accessory that is really new and appealing to town fans and a head with a different expression than usual.

For the scientist, the accessory could be a conical flask. And TLG could use the technique they used for the crystal skull piece in the Indy sets and inject some kind of colored goop into the transparent flask to make it look like the scientist is doing an experiment


The Barbarian would be cooler with a giant Axe than with a sword or club IMO.

Sadly, I'm not having more fun on this forum than when I'm making up cool stuff I'd like to buy.

Occupation/print on torso: Dashing purple pirate. Purple because I think that is the most eye-catching colour for a dashing pirate to wear. Really fine tailoring.
Type of headgear: Dashing purple swashbuckler hat.
Type of facial expression: Smirk, moustache, goatee. One eyebrow raised.
Color on torso/legs: Purple pants.
Accessory: Epee. Probably with a knob on the end, like the nurse's syringe. White plume for hat. Maybe a compass and/or a small treasure chest and/or silver coins.

Occupation/print on torso: Spy. Black catsuit. Utility belt, perhaps.
Type of headgear: Maybe ponytail with bangs, except that this has already been used for anther female agent. Otherwise some other kind of ponytail.
Type of facial expression: Lipstick, sunglasses. Confident expression.
Color on torso/legs: Black pants.
Accessory: Grappling hook on rope, kind of like this piece but with a grappling hook on the end. That would be an awesome piece. Maybe it could have holdable bars on it, like Spiderman's rope. There could also be a gun to fire the rope, something you can slot the hook into.

Occupation/print on torso: Fashion designer. Something sophisticated and urban.
Type of headgear: This hat or a flat cap.
Type of facial expression: Shrewd and thoughtful. Holding pins in mouth.
Color on torso/legs: Something that matches the torso.
Accessory: Tailor's dummy/sewing machine. Maybe some bits of cloth that can be put on a minifig to make a shawl or something.

I'll try and think up more orginal ones later, but Lego really really needs to give us futuristic military guys, something that doesn't specifically look like anything else but looks like everything, something we can make our own... that isn't space police or star wars. New body armor accesory!!!
